It takes years to be a qualified architect and a little bit of "luck" to make your first breakthrough. Success doesn't come easy for some. Louis I. Kahn, one of the most influential architects of the 20th century, never had his first built commission until the age of 50. The old adage that "perseverance is the key to success", still hold true in our profession.
